Territory exclusivity, earnings, onboarding, and exit — the questions applicants ask most.
Can more than one NSP operate in the same pincode?
No. A territory is an exclusive set of pincode prefixes, and there is exactly one active NSP per territory. You are the only Service Partner in your area — that exclusivity is the core of the deal.
Can one NSP hold multiple pincodes?
Yes — by design. A territory is defined as a set of pincode prefixes (for example 122, 123, 124), so a single territory normally spans several pincodes. Where a 3-digit prefix is too broad, the register can scope by explicit 6-digit pincodes instead.
Can I hold multiple territories or expand later?
Not at enrollment — you apply for and activate one territory. Expansion is performance-earned: as density grows, Nivoryx may split territories and the incumbent NSP has right of first refusal on adjacent splits. Multi-zone operation is an Elite-tier expectation; any additional grant is a case-by-case Ops decision.
What do I earn?
Two streams: (1) installation fees — 100% pass-through at ₹499 / ₹799 / ₹999 incl. GST for 1/2/3-device configs; (2) monthly revenue share on active subscriptions in your territory at 10/15/20/25/30% (Certified→Elite). The same rate applies whether you sold the customer or Nivoryx assigned them from an online sale.
When and how am I paid?
Calendar-month cycle: itemized statement by the 7th, NEFT within 15 days of month-end. TDS is deducted. Raise payout disputes in writing within 30 days of the statement — only the disputed line is held, not the whole payout.
What's the upfront investment?
No franchise fee. A refundable demo-kit deposit of ₹20,000 [PROPOSED], plus your store lease and fit-out (partner capex, branded to Nivoryx standards). Nivoryx bears hardware, cloud, payment processing, marketing collateral, training, and L2 support.
How long does enrollment take?
Target ≤4 weeks from application to activation: apply → screening → KYC → interview and territory fit → training and certification → agreement → demo-kit issuance → activation. Then a 90-day probation at the Certified tier.
What if I want to exit — or Nivoryx terminates?
The agreement is 12-month auto-renew with 30 days' notice either way. Offboarding: access revoked, open work reassigned (30-day handover), demo kit returned and deposit settled net of damage, branding removed (15 days), then final statement and payout. Customers, payments, and data stay with Nivoryx.
